Refund and Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If you receive art that’s damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we’ll handle the shipping and handling costs for its return. However, if the art is returned for reasons other than damage, defects, or non-conformity (as determined by us), you will be responsible for the shipping and handling expenses. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, returns must be received within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns after this period will be deemed as “invalid returns”. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, either resend the art back to you (at your cost) or dispose of it, if you do not reclaim it within 30 days following your invalid return.
